Awards are allocated on a yearly basis for up to four years (or eight consecutive semesters) for undergraduate students in pursuit of a first bachelor’s degree. Renewal of a full award is based upon the maintenance of a cumulative 3.00 GPA and successful completion of program requirements at the end of each semester.
Students are eligible for eight consecutive semesters of the HHSP award. Students lose a semester of award eligibility for withdrawing or stopping out temporarily. Students who withdraw or transfer for no more than two semesters may request reinstatement into HHSP. Other circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Students with a CGPA below a 2.5 will not receive an award for that academic year.
