Scholarship Renewal

Scholarship Renewal

The Hudson & Holland Scholars Program Scholarship, once awarded, is renewable annually for scholars pursuing an undergraduate degree for up to 8 consecutive semesters. After the first year, scholarship renewal is based on maintaining full-time enrollment and a cumulative GPA (cGPA). The cGPA is reviewed at the end of each academic year once spring semester grades are posted. To renew the scholarship, students must maintain a cGPA of 3.000 or higher. If this requirement is met, the scholarship will be automatically renewed for the following academic year—no reapplication is necessary.

For scholars with a cGPA below 3.000, a comprehensive review of their academic progress will determine eligibility for renewal. Scholars who do not meet the criteria will lose the scholarship but may be reinstated through a successful appeal. To initiate the appeals process, students must contact the HHSP Retention Specialist.

Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome.
