The staff supports students' personal, academic, social, and professional growth throughout their college journey and beyond. This is achieved through the SUCCEED initiative, which stands for Scholarship, Uplift, Community, Creativity, Empowerment, Equity, and Development. SUCCEED fosters holistic student development by providing a comprehensive range of programs, academic support, and professional growth opportunities.
