Which advisor do you meet with? HHSP sophomores in University Division (UD): All advising meetings will be with your assigned HHSP advisor until you are admitted into your school. All other HHSP sophomores You can use meetings with your academic major advisor or other program advisor to satisfy the L.E.A.D. requirements. HHSP sophomores who are no longer in University Division (UD) will need to meet with their academic major advisor for course planning and to have their advising holds released. Meeting with your HHSP advisor becomes optional and can be used for mentoring, sharing updates, being connected to opportunities and resources, discussing L.E.A.D. requirements, requesting letters of recommendation, seeking general advice about life, or needing a sympathetic ear and safe space to confide in someone you trust. HHSP sophomores with IU cGPA below 3.000: All HHSP sophomores – those in University Division (UD) as well as those in their academic schools – will be expected to do an additional advising requirement. You will meet with the HHSP Wellness & Retention advisor to work on academic recovery. Important clarification about advising holds HHSP advisors can release advising holds only for students who are in University Division (UD). Scholars admitted into one of the IU schools must meet with their academic major advisor in order to have their advising holds released and be able to register for classes. |

- Meeting with peer coach
- Meeting at least monthly with peer mentor
- Review session before an exam
- Office hours with instructor/professor for each class
