IU’s beINvolved system allows you to browse and connect with student organizations on campus, or even start a new club. But beINvolved also allows you to track involvement in campus activities and this is the site you will use to log completed activities and events for L.E.A.D. requirements.
It is your responsibility to document completion of your L.E.A.D. requirements using the L.E.A.D. Path in beINvolved. Each class (freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors) has its own specific L.E.A.D. Path. Scholars will be added to their L.E.A.D. Path at the beginning of the academic year and will receive a notification email from HHSP. Once you receive the notification email, you are ready to start using the L.E.A.D. Path in beINvolved to log completion of the L.E.A.D. requirements. You can also track your own progress throughout the academic year.
View the short video above (less than 3 minutes) demonstrating how to access and use the L.E.A.D. Path in beINvolved. There will also be help sessions at the beginning of the fall semester or you can meet with your HHSP advisor for assistance.
Log Your Attendence
We commonly use ID card scanners to take attendance at HHSP events. It is still your responsibility to log in beINvolved your attendance at HHSP events. Attendance information from the ID card scanners does not upload to the L.E.A.D. Paths in beINvolved.
Sholars will be added to their L.E.A.D. Paths in beINvolved at the beginning of the academic year. If you do not see the L.E.A.D. Path when you log into beINvolved, please contact HHSP Technology Graduate Assistant Ashley Bates at email@example.com or your HHSP advisor. Please, let us know as early as possible in the fall semester that you need to be added to the beINvolved L.E.A.D. Path.
